When will my order be baked?

All orders are baked fresh to order. We typically process orders within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside of BC?

At this time we ship within British Columbia only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!

How are the cookies packaged for shipping?

Orders are packed in our signature recyclable boxes with protective padding to keep every cookie intact. We use insulated packaging where needed to maintain freshness during transit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing every order, but if something arrives damaged please email us at order@flavoursfusions.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
